This role acts as a key member of the management team in driving forward business performance through: developing and sustaining strong business relationships with partners to become a trusted advisor, participating in regular discussions with Managers on all people related needs, such as employee relations, performance management, reward and recognition, succession planning, retention and people development, to identify gaps and develop plans to fulfil both short term and long‑term requirements.
