- Assist with day‑to‑day operations in administrative and HR department
- Assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, onboarding and off‑boarding process)
- Preparing Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment contracts, etc.
- Process monthly payroll, leave management, medical record, attending to employee queries on all HR matters.
- Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims)
- Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the payroll system
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues (Process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, etc.)
- Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
