Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, concerns, and disciplinary cases
- Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and employee development activities
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Support management on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates may apply if applicable)
