Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, leave management and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company regulations.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Support payroll preparation and other HR administrative tasks.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People).
