Opportunity Description
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations and promotes a positive workplace culture aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Source, screen, and schedule applicants.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain updated manpower status and hiring tracker.
2. Employee Records and HR Administration
- Maintain 201 files and employee database.
- Monitor employee movements (regularization, promotion, transfer, resignation).
