Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment and selection in all departments.
- Administrator and onboard new employees
- Effectively liaise with payroll to finalise appointment
- Support management with Industrial relation support
- Prepare for and initiate disciplinary hearings
- Prepare for and represent the company at the CCMA
- Setup and support the safety team at Head Office
- Ensure compliance on the safety team for First Aider and SHE representatives.
- Effectively manage and support with talent management.
Key Requirements
- Human Resources experience of at least 3 years as a generalist.
- Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Qualification of at least a certificate in the HR field
