Human Resource Officer 人力资源主管（培训）

1. 协助上级开展酒店年度培训规划与实施，涵盖新员工入职培训、岗位技能提升、服务标准强化、安全应急演练及管理层领导力发展等模块；
2. 根据酒店运营需求及服务质量目标，开发、更新并维护标准化培训课程与考核工具，确保内容符合国家行业规范及企业服务标准；
3. 建立并维护员工培训档案，运用培训管理系统（LMS）实现过程记录、效果跟踪与数据统计，定期输出培训成效分析报告；

1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、人力资源管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上高星级酒店培训管理或学习发展工作经验，熟悉前厅、客房、餐饮等核心部门业务流程者优先；
3. 熟练掌握培训需求分析、课程设计、授课呈现及四级评估（反应、学习、行为、结果）方法，能独立策划并落地跨部门培训项目；
4. 具备良好的语言表达、组织协调与沟通能力，普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先；
