Overview
Duration: 3 months
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Provide administrative and logistical support for performance management, awards, and talent management processes
- Prepare communications, reports, and posting memos, and collate inputs from stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, engagement events, training, and overseas-related matters
- Support board appointment processes, including documentation, approvals, and record management
- Maintain and update internal platforms, records, and databases
- Assist with job grading by collating job descriptions and supporting related processes
