Human Resources Assistant Manager
- Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and business leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce matters.
- Build trust and accessibility with employees and managers to promote engagement and effective communication.
- Manage employee relations cases including coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Oversee performance improvement plans and support performance management processes aligned with company standards.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with US employment laws and internal guidelines.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and core HR operational processes for US employees.
- Administer and communicate compensation, benefits, and HR programs accurately and effectively.
