Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources team in streamlining day-to-day operations and scaling our people initiatives. This role is unique in its dual focus: you will provide essential support to our Singapore (local) operations while assisting the Regional HR team in managing cross-border tasks. • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs across regional boards, scheduling interviews across different time zones, and maintaining the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring all local compliance documentation and system setups are completed accurately.
