Agropur is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join its Beauceville team.
The Human Resources Business Partner acts as an influencer within the establishment for management teams and employees. The incumbent advises and coordinates activities related to work relations, health and safety, recruitment, engagement, skills development, succession planning, and other human resources management activities. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the site’s management team and participating in management and employee committees.
