Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Content Moderation operations and support business objectives through effective HR strategies.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
- Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support engagement initiatives, retention programs, and employee wellness activities to maintain a positive work environment.
- Partner with Operations leaders in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Monitor employee attendance, attrition, and performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
