Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance and counsel to assigned business units, partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives. This role supports the execution of HR programs and fosters a high-performance, compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex and sensitive HR matters, providing coaching and guidance.
- Partner with People Centre of Expertise on talent acquisition, development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation initiatives.
- Lead and support local recruitment activities and coordinate hiring events.
- Facilitate training programs including onboarding and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in accordance with policies.
