Opportunity Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Handle employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with labor laws
  • Support performance management processes such as goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Provide guidance on employee issues and workplace concerns
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Support change management and organizational transitions
  • Collaborate with HR COEs (Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver HR solutions
