HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

HR-Rethought is a fractional HR firm based out of the Kansas City metropolitan area with clients nationwide. We partner with small to mid-sized businesses (first employee to 200+ employees) and form partnerships as their HR and Recruiting teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients across many different industries - from manufacturing to engineering to healthcare.

We are growing and are looking to add a full-time Human Resources Business Partner to our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, extremely organized, and is energized by working with multiple clients!
