Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a Singapore-based HRBP with both strategic vision and hands‑on execution, focusing on building the recruitment engine and driving performance management.

Lead full‑cycle recruitment, develop local and regional sourcing channels, and deliver precise hiring support for wealth management and related business lines.

Implement the performance management framework, support business teams in setting KPI/OKR, and manage the full cycle from goal‑setting to calibration.

Lead the build‑out of a localized HR AI toolkit for Singapore, covering recruitment automation, performance analytics, and employee experience.

Serve as the primary HR advisor to business teams, supporting org design, employee relations, and MOM compliance.

5+ years in HR with at least 3 years as an independent HRBP or Talent Acquisition lead; financial services or wealth management background preferred.
