Responsibilities
- US AND PH HR OPERATIONS
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations with employment practices and policies both for US and PH.
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with ADA interactive process coordination, including medical documentation requests and tracking, communication drafts to employees and managers.
- Review and administer FMLA requests, including eligibility verification, qualifying reason review, medical certification completeness/sufficiency checks, leave designation, and ongoing leave tracking (continuous and intermittent).
- Support US Workers’ Compensation processes by assisting with claim intake and documentation, coordinating information with insurers, brokers, or third-party administrators, tracking claim status and related employee communications.
