Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. 2. Employee Relations:
