Human Resources Generalist - U.S. Employee Relations (Guadalajara MX)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will support multiple U.S.-based entities and play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and offboarding.

This position requires direct experience supporting employee relations for U.S.-based companies , with regular interaction and communication with American employees and managers. You will help ensure compliance with U.S. employment practices, support employee needs, and contribute to a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.

You will work closely with the Human Resources Director and collaborate with teams across the United States and Mexico, ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience in a multicultural environment.
