We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, support recruitment efforts, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments and a strong understanding of HR processes, preferably within Forex, fintech, or sales-driven organizations.
