Location: Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase-1 Work Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening of candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews Maintain and update HR records and databases Support onboarding and induction of new employees Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations Handle documentation and administrative HR tasks Requirements Good communication & interpersonal skills Candidates must have completed Graduation.
