HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates
Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment
Recruitment & Talent Support
Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience
Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
HR Policy & Process Implementation
Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs & compliance requirements
Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
Support audits, documentation, and policy communication
