Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate
- Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
- Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
- Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
- Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university & experience as an HR & GA Manager in the Poultry, Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, FMCG is preferable
