Human Resources Manager - Nursery Group

A leading nursery group is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage HR operations across multiple branches. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organisational growth. The HR Manager will work closely with the Group Director to drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development in line with business objectives and core values.

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across all nursery branches.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, KHDA, ADEK, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready employee records and HR documentation.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements.
