job description Coordinating and administer recruitment process and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes. Assist in payroll processing.
Update employees leave application, overtime, medical records and attendance.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and records.
Ensure all relevant daily HR operations are in compliance with company rules and regulations as well as with all Government requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements :-
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant education
Fresh graduates or entry level application are welcome to apply.
Relevant experience is an advantage.
