About the company

Our client is a global, European fashion brand with offices in Barcelona. We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department in Iberia. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR systems and processes, labor relations, budgeting and HR analytics, compensation and benefits, employee records and HR compliance. Moreover, this individual will work closely with other HR team members to provide administrative support and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
