Responsibilities
- 外包劳工管理:管理外包劳工供应商(包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等)。
Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management:Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.). - 人才招聘与入职管理:监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程,确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性,以满足公司的人才需求。
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner. - 组织目标对齐:与仓库管理团队合作,确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。
HR Strategy Alignment:Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - 绩效管理:参与绩效目标制定、绩效评估,管理绩效改进计划,并奖励优秀员工。
Performance Management:Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
