Human Resources Specialist

In this role, you will be primarily focused on the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting the organization in attracting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. This position is designed to develop aspiring candidates into skilled recruitment professionals with strong exposure to talent acquisition strategies and hiring operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
• With 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
• Experience in volume hiring or BPO/recruitment agency is an advantage.
• Computer literate, particularly in Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
