- Provide support to supervisor in the area of planning, implementation, executing and administration most or all of the following human resource functions: hourly employment, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employee analytics.
- Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
- Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
