KS3/4 Humanities Specialist – April 2026 start

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Humanities teacher for an Ofsted Good Secondary school in Bolton. You will be responsible for teaching Humanities across Key Stage 3.

The school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive cover team and teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. Our school is easily accessible by road (M60, M61, A666), so this position is ideal for colleagues based in Greater Manchester, Lancashire or West Yorkshire.

Behaviour on the whole is positive and any isolated issues are dealt with by a positive, pro-active “on call” team with a wealth of experience in pastoral matters. The position is open to NQT’s/ECT’s and more experienced colleagues. You will be paid to scale from day one of this assignment and we are available to discuss this role with teaching professionals as soon as possible.
