SUMMARY
Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions, document, plan, and perform work activities independently. Performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems.
- Operates a variety of equipment as needed to perform work.
- Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC Control.
- Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints.
- Load, transport and unload material, tools, equipment and supplies.
