Oxford Solutions is seeking a motivated HVAC Outside Sales Associate to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll focus on generating new commercial maintenance agreements, renewing existing contracts, and providing technical expertise to customers. The ideal candidate has a mix of sales drive, relationship-building skills, and HVAC knowledge to deliver value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market
