Opportunity Description
Job Title: HVAC Tech (Alternate shifts)
Location: Philadelphia PA
Duration - 7 Months
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Minimum Education: Trade school or equivalent military service
Shift Schedule: Alternating shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) every two to four weeks.
Job Description:
- HVAC Operations and Documentation: Serve as the primary technician for site HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, exhaust fans, etc.). Perform and document daily rounds in compliance with GDP and GMP.
- System Monitoring and Alarm Response: Monitor EMS and Client for system functions and alarms. Assess potential impacts and communicate operational issues to the facilities team.
- Maintenance Execution and Collaboration: Manage emergent work independently or with utility specialists. Utilize CMMS, daily rounds, and alarm monitoring to scope and complete work.
