Job Summary
The HVAC Technical Supervisor (Kitchen Equipment) oversees installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and commercial kitchen equipment. This role ensures quality workmanship, safety compliance, on‑time project completion, and effective supervision of technicians on‑site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC and kitchen equipment technicians during installation, repair, and maintenance works
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily service and project activities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC and kitchen equipment issues
- Ensure proper installation of exhaust hoods, ducting, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems
- Review and approve service reports, job orders, and preventive maintenance schedules
