Opportunity Description
Deyaar Facilities Management is urgently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to maintain and troubleshoot cooling systems across our premium residential and commercial high‑rises in Dubai.
Job Requirements
- ITI Diploma or equivalent certification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Minimum 3 years of proven GCC experience working on Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, and FCUs.
- Good English communication skills to interact professionally with building tenants and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all building HVAC equipment according to the CAFM schedule.
- Respond immediately to reactive maintenance calls from tenants and resolve AC cooling issues within strict SLA timeframes.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with Deyaar's strict health and safety (HSE) guidelines.
