HVAC Technician (ServeU Facilities Management)

ServeU Facilities Management is urgently seeking highly skilled HVAC Technicians to maintain cooling systems across premium residential and commercial communities in Dubai. You will ensure zero downtime for critical chilled water and DX systems.

Job Requirements

• ITI Diploma or equivalent certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on GCC experience in a fast‑paced facility management environment.
• Ability to read complex technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot compressor electrical faults.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AHUs, FCUs, and Chiller pumps across assigned buildings.
• Respond to emergency tenant breakdown calls within strict 30‑minute SLA timeframes.
• Maintain accurate logs on the CAFM mobile application regarding spare parts usage and repair status.
