**POSITION PURPOSE**

Installs, repairs, services and performs preventative maintenance of equipment, i.e. refrigerators, ice machines, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Installs, maintains, services and performs preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems. As assigned, may perform general plumbing repair and installation on a variety of supply and exhaust systems.
