Hybrid Workforce Manager — Real-Time & Forecasting Leader

Fpsinc is seeking a Workforce Supervisor in Metro Manila, Pasig. This role is responsible for managing real-time performance, forecasting staffing needs, and ensuring optimal workforce utilization.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in workforce management within a BPO environment and strong analytical skills. Leadership capabilities and proficiency in WFM tools are essential for this position, which may involve shifting schedules and onsite/hybrid work.
