Job Description

The Hygiene Supervisor validates, verifies and ensures effective implementation of Solaire’s Integrated Food Safety System in Food and Beverage Pantries, Loading dock, Main Food Warehouse and Housekeeping Pantries.

Overall Job Responsibilities

• Main point person in laboratory testing
• Hygiene person in charge with matters related to the Purchasing and Materials Management departments specifically in Vendor Food Safety Control, Receiving Control at the Loading dock and Food Warehousing.
• Implements and updates the annual sampling plan for validation and verification of the HACCP manual controls for air, water, personnel, food, and cleaning
