Purpose of role: providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain & Portugal

Responsibilities

• AP and AR Accounting
• Account Reconciliations
• G/L entries, accruals and provisions
• Payments Preparation
• Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim
• Bank postings and reconciliations
• Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes
• Internal and External Audit Support
• Other related accounting tasks

Qualifications

• Full time in a similar position at least 2 years.
• Familiar with the Spanish and Portuguese accounting .
