WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Operate and support IBM i infrastructure across multiple environments (PROD, QAL, TEST, DEV) Resolve L2/L3 infrastructure incidents within SLA Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance Execute backup, restore, rollover and annual DR tests Manage infrastructure changes, patching and upgrades Maintain documentation including CMDB, runbooks and architecture Manage tickets and incidents using ServiceNow ITSM Participate in governance meetings and knowledge transfer activities WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
