IBM Junior Systems Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM Junior Administrator professional to join our IT Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' IBM systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will also provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with our clients to meet their evolving IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• IBM Systems Administration:
• Manage and maintain IBM Power Systems (AS/400, iSeries), including installation, configuration, operating system upgrades, patch management, HMC, and Live Partition Mobility (LPM)
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including user management, role-based access control, and encryption.
