Ice Cream R&D Deployment Lead

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking an R&D Ice Cream Product Deploy Manager to support the innovation pipeline and manage local R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Food Processing and at least 7 years of experience in global food manufacturing, including a strong focus on Ice Cream. This role requires advanced knowledge of ice cream manufacturing processes, project management skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement. Travel to Italy and abroad is expected.
