MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the business and non-technical users to identify business/operational pain points, elicit and analyse requirements, investigate and analyse business/operating procedures Formulate and document the business requirements based on the analysis of current business processes and procedures, document AS-IS and TO-Be Processes, and identify opportunities for automation.
