Join our team as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) – SailPoint ISC— either on-site in Madrid, Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management systems, focusing on SailPoint ISC.
• Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments.
• Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
• Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow and SIEM tools.
• Implement system changes, patches and enhancements following change‑management best practices.
