Identity and Access Management Consultant (OIG/OIM) - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end‑to‑end OIG implementations with a strong emphasis on hands‑on configuration, customization, and integration for complex enterprise environments.
• Drive application onboarding projects for a variety of systems (HR, ERP, CRM, custom apps) covering both out‑of‑the‑box and custom connectors, including:
  • Analysis of application requirements and mapping to OIG connectors.
  • Development of custom connectors and adapters where standard options do not suffice, including ICF based framework.
  • Implementation of automated provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access certification workflows.
  • Integration with authoritative sources (HRMS) and target systems (databases, directories, SaaS platforms).
  • Building and configuring OIG SOA workflows and approval policies.
  • Developing custom UI components for OIG self‑service.
