Opportunity Description
-Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across operations.
-Analyze processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify improvement areas.
-Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Kanban to improve efficiency.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
-Track and evaluate KPIs to measure operational performance.
-Conduct Lean training and workshops to build employee capability.
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-with 6 years of experience in lean and process improvement in a manufacturing
-with 6 years of experience in training and coaching
-willing to work in Malvar, Batangas
