We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This will be on a FREELANCE basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on immigration options, including work, student, family reunification, investment, and digital nomad visas.
- Assist with the full application process for temporary and long‑term residency permits.
- Guide clients through legal pathways to permanent residency and citizenship by residence, including meeting legal residency requirements and preparing for naturalization.
- Draft, review, and file immigration‑related documents and appeals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures in relevant jurisdictions.
- Liaise with government authorities and monitor application statuses on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal risk assessments and develop strategies for complex immigration matters.
