Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE IMO Program Manager lead to assist in the integration of an acquisition done by one of our large telecommunications clients. The IMO Lead is responsible for driving execution of integration activities related to the acquisition of assets and other merger and acquisition initiatives. Serving as the central point of coordination, this role oversees integration workstreams, manages interdependencies, and ensures delivery against Day 1 and post-close objectives. Acting as the Integration Management Office (IMO) lead, the position drives execution discipline through governance, escalation management, and alignment to integration milestones, synergy targets, and operational readiness.
