Implementation and Business Analyst Senior Specialist - Hospitality Tech Solutions
As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of global hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). We are looking for a natural problem‑solver who appreciates a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a project, identify the path forward, and execute with precision while keeping stakeholders effortlessly aligned. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick‑off to go‑live.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production. Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit‑for‑purpose solution.
